Even though science isn’t my biggest interest, I have heard great stories and immersive exhibits at this place, so I decided to take my kids there. My elder son (13 years old) is a great scene buff and always searching spots to observe new concepts and state-of-art technology. A few weeks back, we planned a weekend escape to this place and kids were super excited to try their hands on new things. Non-stop live demonstrations presenting engaging and unique topics on a daily basis will captivate the audience, including kids and adults. My kids enjoyed every part of this show, offering insight into chemical reactions, electricity, and physics. - The Observatory
Opening on bright and sun-filled Saturdays (from 1-4 PM), The Observatory features high-technology telescopes to observe the space objects. Moreover, aspiring astronomy lovers can book rentals for their private guided tour or star parties.

Our second stop was the dinosaur mystery exhibit hall on the ground floor, where an array of full-size life-like dinosaurs are on display. I always love watching stars at night and visiting Davis Planetarium was one of the most joyous parts of my visit to Maryland Science Center Baltimore. Seeing unlimited stars and planets over my head is something I enjoyed the most. Kids were all amazed and in awe of the beautiful star projections. For the next adventure, we visited one of the most famous and immersive exhibits at Maryland Science Center Baltimore, Newton’s Alley. There was so much to explore in this area for kids and they were all captivated in figuring out Newton’s principles and the live demonstration of matter, force, and energy. Furthermore, the interactive displays and discovery areas makes the overall visit a fun learning experience.



6- IMAX
The five-story screen in the museum features a remarkable IMAX theater and engaging 3d nature shows and documentaries. The captivating highlights of the IMAX theater at MD Science Center include:
